In addition, we provide services of tours’ program organization. The present website is property of the enterprise with the trade name “Skouloudakis Stamatios” and is subject to the protective provisions of the 2121/1993 law regarding intellectual property & copyright, as in force since then.

  1. GENERAL TERMS OF USE

The visitor/ user/ customer (hereinafter briefly referred to as the User) of the website www.NaxosPearl.com (hereinafter briefly referred to as NaxosPearl.com) is strongly encouraged to carefully read and take into account the terms of use before proceeding to make a commercial transaction, to buy a service from this website, since in such a case it is deemed that the User has completely and a priori accepted the content of these terms, which therefore constitute part of the undeniable content of the conducted transaction. In case the User disagrees with the above, he should refrain from using this website.

The following terms of use apply to all of the content and to everything generally included in the pages of our software. NaxosPearl.com may at any time amend the terms and conditions of use, in the context of improvement of the services provided or adjustment to the actual current data. No amendment of these terms will be taken into consideration nor constitute part of a transaction nor bind the User, unless previously expressed in writing and incorporated in the transaction in its’ online form.

In such a case, an invalid term shall nonetheless be applied to the maximum extent permitted by current applicable legislation, and the User is deemed to agree at least to accept a term with similar, yet valid legal force as compared to the one canceled, considering the content and purpose of these terms and conditions.

No amendment of the terms of this contract shall be considered nor consist part of it, if not published, that is if not stated in writing and been electronically incorporated into this. The Courts of Naxos are deemed the competent courts for any disputes that may arise from this contract.

NaxosPearl.com reserves the right to unilaterally amend or renew the present terms and conditions regarding transactions made via our online store, according to the needs and transaction customs. In such a case, the amendments must be published soon as possible on our active website, so that they are accessible to the User, thus, the User who utilizes the services of our website, on which the affected amendments are published, is deemed to accept them and therefore is legally bound by their content.

The User oversees the fulfillment of the conditions and tools that make this website accessible to him.   1. PAYMENT OPTIONS

The bank account, in which the user can deposit the amount of the transaction, in the context of completing the concluded purchasing contract, is 253002002005895 of Alpha Bank. The User also has the option to pay by credit card or via PayPal. This (PayPal) is a service of secure internet transactions that acts as an intermediary for online payments to businesses that support it, in order to provide significantly greater security and greater ease in transactions as compared to simply using a credit card.

When creating a PayPal account, it is possible to register the data of one or more than one credit card, debit card or prepaid internet card, i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery. In this way, whenever the User intends to conduct an internet purchase from an online store – such as NaxosPearl.com – that supports PayPal, instead of directly typing the number of their credit card, all they have to do is log in their PayPal account with their username and password, and the payment will be effected via the card they chose.

The smooth functioning of the services offered at Naxos Pearl relies on the proper organization of our chauffeur and our vehicle, so that he will be at his scheduled appointments on time and without delay. For this to be possible, we ask that our clients be precise when filling in their booking details, to provide us clear and exact arrival information, and to inform us immediately of any changes to arrival time or other specifics, so that we can update our drivers’ schedules in a timely fashion.

Failure to do so will result in our company having to apply the terms and conditions that have been set out for our unimpeded functioning, and which are available in detail on our company website.

If you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. In any other case, you are not entitled to a refund.
